Important Information

This is a private lodging facility without hotel-style front desk services.

After booking, all guests must register their information.

For residents in Japan:

Full name, address, and contact information are required.

For non-residents in Japan:

In addition to the above, nationality, passport number, and a copy of the passport are required by law.

Check-in information will be provided after guest registration is completed. Please enter the required information by the day before arrival. For same-day reservations, complete it immediately after booking.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 16:00–20:00 (contact us in advance if arriving after 20:00)

Check-out: by 11:00

※ Cleaning staff will enter after 11:00.

※ Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of 3,000 JPY per 20 minutes.

Cleaning

The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after check-out. Additional cleaning during your stay will incur extra charges.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including use of smoke-producing devices or cooking. If triggered, the cost of deodorization will be charged in full.

On busy cleaning days, check-in preparation may not be finished by 16:00. In such cases, we will notify you in advance.

House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed entry.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Do not use beds exceeding the reserved number of guests.

Please wash and dry used dishes and leave them in the kitchen (no need to put them back in cabinets).

Additional cleaning fees may apply for rule violations.

Amenities

To reduce waste, disposable items ( razor, hairbrush, etc.) are not provided.

Provided: Towels, bath towels, toothbrush (per guest), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer.

Neighborhood Etiquette

The property is located in a residential area. Please remain quiet between 22:00 and 07:00.

Avoid loud voices or noise.

Complaints or reports may result in termination of your stay. Please share this rule with all companions.

Air Conditioning (Summer)

Please set the cooling temperature at 22°C or higher.

A large gap between indoor and outdoor temperatures may cause condensation, leaks, or mold.
